SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 5-7  business days of payment. Orders made during promotional periods and special sales events may lead to longer shipping times, at the discretion of decorapaws.com In such cases, customers will be informed in advance.

All goods are inspected and sealed before delivery to avoid damage.

No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers in the event a product is returned.

DecoraPaws will always keep you updated on your order status via email. Orders cannot be canceled once they have left our warehouse.

Free standard shipping is available on decorapaws.com We do not deliver to P.O. box addresses. 

 

How long will shipping take?

 

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days processing time + 4-6 business days delivery) 

 

Shipping Courier: International Shipping

 

Please note that delivery dates are estimates only.

Additional charges may be added for shipping addresses in remote locations.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Regrettably, returns cannot be accommodated for sale items or gift cards. Please note that we are unable to offer free shipping labels for orders involving cross-border transactions, and we regret to inform you that we are unable to refund shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the product back to us. We will then provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues 

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds 

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
